Maintenance Issues & After-Hours Assistance
You can reach our real estate office at (808) 661-8863 at any time for assistance with your Maui condo rental. Our after-hours emergency cell phone number is (808) 292-4945. You may also call Debbie Fitts, at (808) 298-1225 if you experience an after-hours emergency. Monte D. Fitts, Realtors manages all aspects of property management for our owners and guests including maintenance problems and housekeeping concerns. The Front Desk may not assist you and instead direct you to contact our office.

Cable Televsion
Basic cable and HBO is available in each of our Maui condos.

HI-Speed Internet
Hi-Speed internet connectivity is available in all of our condos on maui. The hi-speed modem is located near the television and instructions are provided. Should you experience any problems with this service, call the Oceanic 24 hour help desk at (808) 442-0027.

Concierge Services
Beach Activities of Maui operates the Concierge Desk located in the lobby. Hours of operation are 7:30 am—5:00 pm daily. They are able to arrange all Maui activities, tours, dinner reservations, golf times, vehicle rentals, and spa services. Beach Activities of Maui can also provide directions, maps, dining coupons, community information, shuttle times, and airport transfers. Some available Maui activities include snorkeling, whale watching, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, ATV rides, ziplines, Road to Hana, surf lessons, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, submarine, luaus, island dinner shows, dinner cruise, sailing, helicopter rides, parasailing, jet skis, star gazing, historical walks, pineapple planataion tours and much more! Business Center
Located near the Front Desk, the Business Center is open for our Maui condo rental guests from 7:30 am—10:30 pm daily. Services available include:

  • Soda and Snack Machines

Pool Concession
Rent a beach cabana or snorkel equipment, pick up suntan lotion and sunglasses, book activities or pick up a beach towel. Open daily from 8am to 5pm.

Hina Mana Spa
Treat yourself to a relaxing massage, facial, manicure, pedicure or haircut. Open 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm. You can reach them at (808) 661-7755.

Gym & Sauna
The gym offers our Maui condo rental guests various cardio equipment, including tread mills, elliptical trainers, a rowing machine, stationary bikes, and free weights. Located in the Lower Level of Tower 1, the gym is open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm daily. The Sauna is located in between the Salon & Gym. It is also open between 6:30 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Laundry Service
Some, but not all, of our Maui condos have washer/dryers but brand new high efficiency, coin-operated washers and dryers are located off the elevator lobby on each floor. Laundry rates are $2.50 to wash, $2 to dry. Change machines and detergent dispensers are located in the Lower Level of each tower.
