Rates DO NOT include Hawaii State Tax of 11.4166%. Rates DO NOT include daily maid service.  A mid-stay maid service provided for stays of 9 nights or longer. Minimum stay of 5 nights generally required, however, shorter stays of 3 or 4 nights may be accommodated subject to availability and other factors.

14 night minimum stay required during the Christmas season. 
7 night minimum stay in the month of February.
