Time Interval Rentals [TIO]

There are 49 units within The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach that are classified as Time Interval Ownership (TIO). TIO owners buy these units to occupy them for the same two weeks every year. When Owners know that they will not be coming to Maui to stay in their unit, they list their TIO unit for rent with our office. We facilitate the rental with you, on their behalf, just as we do with wholly owned Whaler units that we manage on a full-time basis.

There are Studios, One Bedroom/One Bath, One Bedroom/Two Bath, and Two Bedroom/Two Bath condominiums to choose from.  All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a large private lanai (balcony).  There are also complimentary washer and dryers on every floor, for your convenience. 

Studio units have king size murphy beds that fold up into the wall. They are very easy to operate and have extra thick mattresses for comfort. The one and two bedroom units all offer standard king size beds, as well as pull out sofa beds.
