Description
Whaler 1102 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath direct ocean front condominium located on the north side of Tower I. Its 11th floor corner location offers breathtaking, unobstructed views from the West Maui Mountains, down to Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock and out to the neighbor island of Molokai. It doesn't get much better than this! King bed in master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in second bedroom. And a washer/dryer in the unit.
Maximum of 4 guests only, no exceptions.
All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, free Wi-fi, and a large private lanai (balcony).
Our rentals are normally 5 night stays. However shorter stays may be available. We will do our best to accommodate you. Christmas/New Years stays have a 10 night minimum. We have many comparable condos should this one not be available. You have the assurance of having an on island manager with over 30 years of experience to make sure you have the very best vacation experience.
Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am.
*** In accordance with Hawaii's "Smoke Free" law, The Whaler is a non-smoking resort. Guests may not smoke in the individual condominiums, nor on the lanais, nor in any common areas. ***
NOTICE: Tower One will be undergoing a spalling and paint project starting on August 19th. This unit #1102 is scheduled for work from August 19th thru October 25th. There will be scaffolding in various locations around the unit, with no access to the lanai during working hours of 8:00 - 5:30pm. Keep up to date on the schedule, as it will change, by visiting our Property Notifications page.

Perfect location! This was my third time in Maui. In my opinion, this property is the ideal place on the island. With an unbelievable view. Even better than the online pictures show.

Absolutely loved it! A great place for families and a group of people. Absolutely loved having a kitchen. The lanai was amazing. Had breakfast and dinner out there often! We saw whales from our view every morning with tea and coffee! I am very pleased. Whaler Vacation Rental Program by Monte Fitts Realtors was easy to contact and quick to respond. Look forward to staying again!

We stayed six nights at the end of May. The photos shown are wonderful and really do the condo justice, and the location is even more beautiful than can be described. Not sure you could find a better spot to enjoy Black Rock and see Sea Turtles swimming just off the beach (scaring the tourists, haha!) very, very nice. Room was clean, we BBQ'd five of six nights so we could enjoy the evening views from the lanai. Condo kitchen has all you will need, with extra's in the room, beach chairs, binoculars, umbrellas and an ice chest, thanks. Very nice location and stay! We recommend it to all!
