**Tower Two is currently undergoing a spalling project thru April 30th. Please note there will be scaffolding present in various sections around Tower Two and some noise and dust during the project. This unit #1074 is tentatively scheduled for the dates between March 22 thru April 30th (dates may vary). Keep up to date on the changing schedule, by visiting our Property Notifications page.
Whaler 1074 is a deluxe one-bedroom, two-bath ocean view unit located on the courtyard corner of Tower Two. With it's 10th floor location and wrap around lanai, this gorgeous home provides expansive views that stretch from the lush West Maui mountains across the courtyard and out to Kaanapali Beach. This condo has been fully remodeled along with beautiful furnishings. King bed in master, Queen sofa sleeper in living room. There are also complimentary washer and dryers on every floor, for your convenience.
**PLEASE NOTE: This unit will only accommodate 2 people max. No exceptions.**
All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a large private wrap around lanai (balcony).
Our rentals are normally 5 night stays. Christmas/New Years stays have a 10 night minimum. We have many comparable condos should this one not be available. You have the assurance of having an on island manager with over 30 years of experience to make sure you have the very best vacation experience.
Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am.

This place was amazing; I never wanted to leave. I appreciated the underground parking, the gym was small but well appointed, and the unit #1074 itself could not have been any better. The views were amazing and the location cannot be beat. Truly an amazing place.

Love the island of Maui. Have stayed at the Whaler Condominiums for 37 years now and stayed in many of the various units, some excellent and some average, but overall very good standard and have all the facilities required. Would definitely recommend this particular unit at the Whaler as the place to stay. Lots of space and nicely decorated, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We absolutely loved this unit! We loved the wrap around balcony with beautiful views of both the mountains and ocean. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again the next time we are in Maui.
